These jars are suitable for handwashing and the crochet covers simply and gently slide off and back on for ease. The crochet covers are machine washable at 30 degrees, you just need to unscrew the stud for the tag with a cross head screw driver from the back. Although they are machine washable as stated, I would suggest only doing this when really needed to get the most from them and if you do wash them, wash them with similar colours or alone to avoid colour change. Please do not tumble dry, air dry only.
